What we get asked most.
What about AI credits?
Studio and Agency include credits for normal usage — which covers most teams. If you have your own AI budget, you can drop in your own API keys for free.
Can I use my own AI models?
Yes — on every plan. Add your own Anthropic, OpenRouter, Nano Banana or Higgsfield key in settings and all calls go that way.
Is there a setup fee?
Studio has no setup fee. Agency has a one-time onboarding fee of €1,500 (import users, sync BullCRM, set up naming templates). Scale is negotiated individually.
Where is the data hosted?
EU. We use Turso (libsql) at the edge and Redis in EU regions. DPA is signed on Agency and Scale plans.
Can we try it for free?
Yes — we set up a 14-day trial workspace after the demo. No credit card, no auto-conversion.
What if I want to cancel?
Monthly. You can cancel any time — we export your data to CSV/JSON before account deactivation.
