Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Adsor platform at adsor.ai and any related applications, APIs and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into the Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The Service is provided by Bullmade ApS, CVR 35840885, Aarhus, Denmark.

2. The Service

Adsor is an ad-management platform for Meta Ads, Google Ads and connected systems. Features available depend on your plan (Studio, Agency, Scale). We may add, change or remove features over time. Material changes that reduce functionality of your current plan will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

3. Subscription & billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, ex. VAT.
• Pricing is set on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds.
• If a payment fails we may suspend the workspace until payment is restored.
• Price changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create, distribute or boost content that violates Meta or Google ad policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to.
• Use the Service in connection with any illegal advertising activity, including but not limited to fraud, deceptive trade practices, or sanctioned-country targeting.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach acceptable use, with notice where reasonable.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights in the data you upload or generate inside Adsor (campaigns, audiences, drafts, assets, AI generations). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy policy.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (Meta, Google, PrestaShop, etc.) you authorise Adsor to act on your behalf inside that platform within the scope you grant. You remain responsible for the campaigns, ads and bids that result. We are not liable for spend, performance or actions taken inside the third-party platform.

7. AI features

AI Builder routes prompts to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, Higgsfield, OpenRouter). Generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. AI generations consume credits according to your plan and the model used. Bring-your-own API keys are billed by the upstream provider.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". Scale-plan customers receive a separate SLA in their order form. Studio and Agency plans receive best-effort uptime without a credit guarantee.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost ad spend, or data loss outside the audit log we maintain.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Terms at any time by ending the subscription. We may terminate immediately for material breach (e.g. acceptable use violation, non-payment after notice). On termination we delete workspace data after 30 days, retaining only what is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts in Aarhus, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
